Community Involvments
Alongside the mountain climbing, Arts and
wildlife safari adventures, Josmac Tours & Arts plays a role in
community development through involvement on Empowerment of Community for
sustainable Development of Tanzanian.
We don’t earn profits only but also, we
support and helping community in Tanzania.
We have been lived in the Community where by
most of people live in a poor condition of life compare to one another,
Majority live under 1 USD dollar from which is really daily life we experience
here in Tanzania.
On that Josmac tours & Arts think and
consider it as a main problem which make us uncomfotable on adventure activities,
we do daily.
So, through that Josmac tours & Arts work
on that to save the poor by have a program which are helpful to community. on top
to that we have go futher by finding the local partiners that we share and work
together to help community.
We decided to base on civil society
organization that are registered, so we have NGOs by the Names COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT TOWARDS SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT -CETOSUDE and DNG-TANZANIA. All these NGOs are registered legally to Operate in Tanzania.
WHY WE
COOPERATE WITH THESE NGOs
Josmac tours & Arts is profit make Company
but NGOs are non-Profit maker.
By consider the legally rules of country
involving in supporting community activity, by working those two organizations
through CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and link with our guests who are willing
to volunteer to the project activities of the NGOs. We have been working close
with them and we see the activity they do to support community in various
aspect and problem face community,
These NGOs work with/in community as part of
their daily task (works), they have advantages of find and do research to
really poor people in community that are in need and those who have problems
that need support. So, through NGOs make us easily to asses them and meet the
poor by cooperate.
Our Thematic area
Josmac tours & Arts has not specific or really
thematic area to deal with in community rather than to help the community due
to problem rise or the need of people at the moment.
That is why we have cooperated with these two
NGOs so as we can have a wider ways of help Community. All these two NGOs has
their own thematic Area.
Under a guides of these NGOs researches made base
on Reality of community problems, in need, we current focus on Education, Health,
Community empowerment, dis-ables, Environment, water supply and drugs, under
agreement of both NGOs.
HOW TO WORK WITH US
1. We accept and request a volunteer who can
work for community withing these two NGOs.
2. We request for Doners who can support our
Programs of save community(poor)
3.We accept cooperation with other
Organization, company and NGOs to all Programs.
4.We accept researchers.
Josmac tours & Arts we offer a special
safaris and trek for community, which will have a package trips to visit a community
who have special need according to scheduled date and tourist preference/choice
of visit a special group. This can be done during the safari it can be before start
safari day or after safari.
